The properties that enjoy the frontline view of the beach are the Paseo del Mar apartments and the so-called "Lacasitos" next to the Trocadero Sotogrande Beach Club. Others, with South Orientation and views of Gibraltar, such as Paseo del Río are located in front of the Guadiaro River’s mouth and next to the beach. Others that enjoy fronline views of the river are La Marina, Las Riberas de La Tenca and Del Río Only about thirty villas are located on the edge of the Río Guadiaro, many of them with piers to enjoy water sports, although the use of boats is not allowed.
